Hi, I'm Amber - the founder!
And of course… welcome to Precious Party Pieces! We’re a small business based in Essex, specialising in styling weddings and events with beautiful, personalised touches that make your day feel truly special.
My journey into the wedding and events world actually began back in college (2019), just before lockdown and just before I started my own small card making business when I was 18 (I’ll get onto that later!). From there, I’ve spent over seven years working within the events industry. Starting out in catering during college, I did this on and off for several years. During that time, I also worked for a wedding supplier helping to set up weddings, and I remember thinking how amazing it would be if one day that could be my life too! After covid hit, I later gained two years of experience working in corporate events in London, followed by two years as a wedding planner at a wedding venue - all of which eventually led me to creating and growing Precious Party Pieces into what it is today.
Every step along the way has led me to what is now my absolute dream job, running my very own business. Precious Party Pieces has now proudly turned five years old, and I couldn’t be more grateful to be part of so many incredible celebrations.
My little business was actually born during the 2021 lockdown, which honestly still feels a bit crazy to say. What started as me making a handmade Birthday card on my bedroom floor because the shops were closed, slowly grew into something so much bigger. I remember saving up for my very first little desk during lockdown, before eventually moving everything out to the outhouse as things began to grow.
Soon came balloons, and that’s when I truly fell in love with being part of people’s most special moments. From birthdays and baby showers to engagements and all kinds of celebrations.
Over time, that love for creating beautiful celebrations naturally led me into wedding and event styling, which truly is my dream job. Now I get to design and style meaningful moments for you on some of the biggest days of your lives, and I genuinely couldn’t feel more grateful.
You may also see my cousin Ella helping out on set ups for your special day! Precious Party Pieces is very much a small, family style business, and having Ella by my side makes those busy wedding mornings even more special.

One of my biggest dreams was always to create a dedicated consultation and styling studio, a space where our couples and clients could sit down with me, explore styling pieces, fabrics and decor in person, and design their wedding or event details together.
This year, that dream became a reality. We’ve just renovated our very own styling space, and I couldn’t be prouder of it. It’s such a special place where ideas come to life, and where we can work together to bring your vision for your celebration to life.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT
Me...
When I’m not styling weddings or planning beautiful celebrations, life is still never very quiet! Behind the scenes (as anyone who knows me will tell you!) if we’re not setting up and styling an event, you’ll usually find me busy crafting away on your beautiful personalised orders. I also love hosting pop-up events, including larger shopping events where we bring together lots of other amazing small businesses to create a special day out and celebrate supporting local.
I’m definitely always on the go, but I truly wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s so true what they say, you’ll never work a day in your life when it doesn’t feel like work!
Of course, outside of Precious Party Pieces I also love spending time with my friends and family and enjoying those little moments away from the busy event weekends.
