Questions
I've got an occasion but I'm not sure what I want, can you recommend anything?
Of course, please get in touch with the occasion, your budget and any ideas/ thoughts you have and we can most certainly give you some suggestions.
What details do you need for when I enquire for a balloon set up?
A final quote will be provided once you have provided us with venue location, timings, event date, color preferences as well as any additions & personal requests.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 7 day cancellation policy, please check our ts & cs for more details.
What happens if we damage your hire items?
If you are renting our party pieces, they will be under your responsibility. Anything lost, missing or broken is to be charged for full replacement and you will be liable to make the payment of any invoices occurred. *Please check our Ts & Cs for more information*
Can we keep the balloons after the party?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to keep the balloons if you would like them.
If we have paid a damage deposit, when we will we get it back?
Where necessary, we will also kindly ask for a damage deposit when your final balance is due, of a minimum of fifty pounds when renting our pieces. This deposit price can be subject to the equipment hired. The deposit is fully refundable upon collection, subject the return of our items. Any missing decor or any damages occurred during your hire period will result in a full invoice to replace. *Please check our Ts & Cs for further details*
