How quick is your turnaround?

Our turnaround is currently 7 - 14 working days (this does not include delivery) however, if you have a last minute order for Precious Pieces and require them sooner, please contact us ASAP via message or email, and we will try our best to get them finished in time for the occasion.

How do I order a personalised gift?

Please order via our website. All designs for bespoke pieces will need to be agreed on either Facebook or Instagram prior to placing your order on our website.

Is collection available instead of having it delivered?

Yes, collection is available from Great Dunmow, Essex or Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, please let us know if you would like to collect when ordering.

I have ordered a photo card but how do I send you my photos?

Please email us over your photos along with your order number - amber@preciouspartypieces.com.

Will my card come with an envelope?

All of our cards, boarding passes and gift vouchers will all come with a wrap (envelope), this is included in the price of the item.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept any returns or offer exchanges as all items are personalised and handmade to order.

How do I design and order my own bespoke design?

Please email us or message us directly on one of our social media's and we will be in touch requesting the details we need to bring your ideas to life and create your own bespoke Piece.

I have seen a design I like but I would like to change the wording, is this possible?

Absolutely! All wording and personalisation can be changed on all displayed Pieces.
