All of our Boarding passes are made out of linen and are made to order. They will arrive with a wrap (envelope)
Please take care when handling your Precious Pieces as they are all handmade.
No returns, exchanges or refunds.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges as all items are personalised and handmade to order.
All of our Precious Pieces are sent first class with Royal mail.
All orders are made to order and will take up to 7 business days, and this does not include delivery.
All orders will be packaged with our branding and addressed to the buyer unless we have been told otherwise.
We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries which are out of our control. Please allow sufficent time for your order to be recieved before the special occasion.
